Salisbury
Cathedral 2008 will be a very special year, celebrating the
750th anniversary of the dedication of the completed Cathedral in
1258. Salisbury cathedral is unique amongst medieval English
cathedrals, built within one century with no substantial later
additions.
Wilton
House, stately home of the Earl of Pembroke is one of the UK's
Treasure Houses open to the public. 460 years old, a building
with history, architecture, art treasures and 21 acres of gardens
and parkland.

route leading from Salisbury city centre north towards The Woodford Valley, Amesbury
